Ramsons Default MARC Validation Rules

The overview of the MARC validation rules that are available in the Ramons release of FOLIO can be found on the FOLIO wiki. This table was generated by using the API to retrieve the AMRC bib record specification rules. Details about the fields, subfields, and indicators are not included in this table. A CSV copy of this table is available for download below.

Please note that the same rules apply to MARC authorities, though they are set separately. If you would like to make changes to both the validation rules for MARC bibliographic records and MARC authorities records, you will need to make the changes within the scope of the individual specifcations.
